Chef Laurent Manrique brings one of the most laser-specific wine bars in New York to the Carlton Hotel, with a focus on wines from the Bordeaux region of France, all done in partnership with the Bordeaux Wine Council, who reportedly know a thing or two about French wines. A very small menu of small plates is also available, with the usual suspects like foie gras and deviled eggs just waiting for you to have that one glass too many.
