Tapéo is used to describe the Spaniard’s tradition of going out to a Tapas bar with friends to mingle and meet people from all walks of life. Some regions of Spain will also include a “hopping” approach and hop from bar to bar throughout the day or night to maximize on the conversations and the endless selection of wine and Tapas.
