Located in Hotel on Rivington, Viktor and Spoils is an exclusive late night lounge serving world class tequilas and mezcals by some of the best bartenders this side of the Rio Grande. In addition, V&S features a state-of-the art sound system that iconic DJs and talent have utilized. Featuring a full bar, the beverage program at Viktor and Spoils is focused on high quality handcrafted cocktails utilizing seasonal ingredients and a unique selection of tequilas and mezcals. Signature cocktail offerings include the Anejo Smash (featuring tequila, Gran Marnier, lime & mint muddled and shaken), the South of the Border (containing a mix of gin, habanero, fresh lime, mint, cilantro and Mexican grapefruit juice) and the Oaxacan Dream (made of mezcal, pineapple juice, cranberry, lime, and a grilled pineapple garnish). Inspired by Lower East Side bodegas and beach towns in Mexico, Viktor and Spoils was designed by DeVinn Bruce, whose previous projects included the Hotel on Rivington’s very own CO-OP Food & Drink and glamorous clients such as Versace, Baccarat, Francis Ford Coppola, Jennifer Lopez and Estee Lauder. The space features a warm and neutral base palate with splashes of color and whimsical nods to urban and Latino culture, including one of the most striking design elements, an art piece consisting of Jarritos bottles and industrial lighting.
