The Golf Club at Chelsea Piers offers features simulator play, a golf academy, plans golf getaways and parties, offers junior golf programs, and has a decent driving range that gives you the feeling you're driving balls into the Hudson River. It's conveniently located at Pier 59 (West 18th Street) and the Hudson River. While in Manhattan, a great place to shop for your drivers, irons, accessories and apparel is at the New York Golf Center, located close to Macy's at 131 West 35th Street, between Broadway and Seventh Avenue.
A bit farther afield and just east of mid-Manhattan, you'll find the Randall's Island Golf Center, with an 80-station driving range, two 18-hole miniature golf courses, and a 9-station batting cage.
